The study indiOated that national security requires that the United States have oomplete informetion on the location of various materials abroad, the grades and reserves, transportation required for exploitation* labor oonditions and general production costs:. The study also pointed out that past serious deficiencies of intalligence in thip field had adversely affected the mar program.
