1. About three ~onti ago three projects were referred to the Director of Central
Intel ligenceffor ~s udy and appropriate action:
Foreign Potential Resources of Raw Materials; (---f'
Foreign Petroleum Developments;
Foreign Industrial Establishments.
This memorandum describes briefly the
current status of said projects and makes recommendations for their future
handling.
2. Project (a)lto collect, analyse and present in useful form data on the
economic war potentials of foreign countries originated with the Array-Navy
