which has Just reached me. Since I last saw, you, I have been
transferred from MT, War Department to resent station in.
the Central Intelligence Group ,
Building.
Tour comments, and the editorial,: are very interesting
and rest on a convincing common sense basis. I am glad to have
these authoritative views for filee. I expect that my present
office may some day have occasion to comment on this subject
in connection with coordination of intelligence activities.
Banco,, I plan to keep the whole file current. With the help
you have given and are giving to this file, we should be in a
position to make sensible and constructive comments when the
time comes.
I an keeping an interested eye on S-1850. It looks
to n as if the bill is widely acceptable, and has a good chance
of going through without undue delay and without undue maulling.
