Secretary of National Defense, revealed that Soviet Nuclear warfare strategists believe: "A Nuclear war must be won in the first 24 hours. The first blow must be with - 50 and 75 Megaton bombs. "These 50 and 75 Megaton bombs can destroy as well as neutralise all the'.radar, electronic, radio and telephone systems for 15 to 24 hours. The first blow must destroy at least 60 per cent of the enemy's retaliatory striking power." Second: Russia"s Underground Rocket Fortresses: The 8 Chinese Nuclear warfare strategists told Mao Tse-tung - "Their experiences and observations of their visit to Shostov, 6, atightly guarded rocket fortress in the Ural Mountain region. The rocket fortress lies 500 feet underground and it was completed in April .1%1. According to the Soviet Missile experts that there are 5 rocket fortresses and that these fortresses were immune from any H bombs eerica'now possesses." . h a out China, Soviet Russia is to supply all the rocket and guided missiles.
