I enclose herewith two copies of the statement regarding the al-
legations made about Dr. J. R. Killian, Jr. by the Fulton Lewis people.
You will notice that these are almost like the statement you sent
excepting that the narrative is changed to the third person and is signed
by me instead of by Dr. Killian.
If you will let me know if this statement now meets with your ap-
proval, I will arrange for a copy of it to reach Congressman McCormack
and a copy to reach Senator Kennedy.
