Recommended that;

Chief, WE, initiate a comprehensive survey of for
operational purposes. This survey should be conducted in collaboration
with SR Division and the CA Staff.
DD/P Comment
The Chief of this one-man Station was recently in Headquarters at
which time the operational potential of this Station was discussed in
depth with all pertinent components of the DDP. As a result of this
review it was felt that the substantive expansion of his present
activities would not be practicable.
