Amendment No . 12
1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 12 to Contract No.
B7-CT-694 between Westinghouse Electric Corporation and the United
States Government.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of the Contract, the Contractor
has priced all Exhibits issued by the Government and billed all trans -
portation costs during the period of the Contract from Inception through
30 June 1960. Due to issuance of a scrap credit and non-inclusion of
certain transportation costs in Amendment No. 7 the reflection of the
final amount is shown for the period of inception through 30 June 1960
rather than on a Fiscal Year basis. Allocation and expensing funds
on a Fiscal Year basis in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3
of Amendment No. 1 will, apply to PY-61 and subsequent periods. The
Government has reviewed its requirements and deems it advisable to
allot additional funds for Fiscal Year 1961. As a result of the above,
the first paragraph of PART VII - Fib AIL0'i?ED of the Schedule, as
amended, is deleted and the following is substituted therefor:
