1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 1 to the above
numbered Task Order between Eastman Kodak Company and the United
States of Amerloa.
2. Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 2, CMANGES, of Contract
No. EG-400, It Is In the interest of the Government to amend Task Order
No. 4 as fellows:
/a Paragreph 1, SCOPE or WORK, in the Schedule, add the
following items:
a. Design and fabricate one (3.) each re-gpoo2'ng marine.
Madhine to accept P-E take-up spool and rewind, on return
Shipping spool under controlled tension.
1 ea. Processor, RT.12, in accordance with Contractor's
proposal of 1 November 1961, Net. 2201.
3. As a result of the foregoing, Paragraph 3. ESTIKATED COST AND
F1XED-7EE, in Task Order No. 4 is deleted and the Miming Paragraph
Is substituted therefer:
3. EST/MED COST AND VIXID-YRE
a. The estimated cost of the perfOrmance of this Task Order,
exclusive of the fixed-fee, Is EIGHTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOURTEEN
DOLLARS ($80514). Cost in excess of this amount shall not be incurred
without the prior written authorisation of the Contracting Officer.
b. The fixed-fee for %Ws performance of this Task Order Shall
be MB THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-81X DOLLARS ($5,636).
