1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained
in Paragraph 4.

with GPL Division of General Precision, Inc., Project :[DEALIST

2. Contract No. HF-CT>693 covers pent of replacement
spares, kits, etc., in support of Madan equipment previously pro-,
cured.
3. Amendment No. 9 establishes a fixed pricing formula for
the period 1 July 1960 through 30 June 1961 as recommended for
acceptance in Audit Report No. 722 (DPD-8626-60) dated 6 December
1960. No additional funding is obligated as a result of this
amendment.
4. Concurrence in Amendment No. 9 to Contract No. HF-CT-693
is recommended.
