2. Friday,, 2 February 1951, the Prussians held a cocktail party and displayed
a film of a military par-.de in iioscow. '_~epresentatives of all Embassies other
than the United States and France were invited and were present. A representative
of the Air Ministry questioned 'dajor General Valentin Chetverikovj Military Air Attache,
