MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
SUBJECT: Concurrence in Amendment No. 23 to Contrac1054 with
Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester,, New York Project
CHALICE
1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
concurrence of the undersigned. Such recommendation is contained
in Paragraph 4.
2. Contract No. FP-1054 and Amendments Nos. 1 through 22
thereto provide for the purchase of photographic film,, paper$
chemicals and related photographic supplies,, upon demand,, for
Project CHALICE.
3. Amendment No, 23 has been drawn in accordance with PART II -
ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES,, of the contract schedule to provide for the
furnishing of certain new items of photographic supplies. No addi-
tional funds are obligated under Contract No. FP-1054 by Amendment
No. 23.
4. Concurrence in Amendment No. 23 to Contract No. FF-1054 is
