1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 23 to Contract
No. FP-1054 between the Eastman Kodak Company and the United
States of America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "PART
II - ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES" and "CHANGES", the Contract is amended
as hereinafter set forth to add certain items of supplies to
APPENDIX I (REVISION 4),
3. APPENDIX I (REVISION 4) to the Schedule of Contract No.
FP-1054 is therefore amended to include CHANGE N0. 6 attached
hereto.
4. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract
No. FP-1054, as amended, remain unchanged.
5. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 23 to
Contract No. FP-1054 and your acceptance thereof by executing
the-original and two copies of this amendment. Return the fully
executed original and one copy of this amendment to the under-
signed and retain the remaining copy for your files.
