1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 21 to Contract No.
FP-105+ between the Eastman Kodak Company and the United States of
America.
2. Pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "PART II -
ORDERS FOR SUPPLIES" and'tHANGES", the Contract is amended as
hereinafter set forth to add certain items of supplies to APPENDIX I
(REVISION 4).
3. APPENDIX I (REVISION 4) to the Schedule of Contract No.
FP-105+ is therefore amended to include CHANGE NO. 14 attached hereto.
4. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract
No. FP-1052, as amended, mmain unchanged.
5. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 21
to Contract No. FP-105- and your acceptance thereof by executing
the original and two copies of this amendment. Return the fully
executed original and one copy of this amendment to the under-
signed and retain the remaining copy for your files.
