Gentlemen:
1. This document constitutes Amendment No. 14 to Contract No. HF-2410
between the Eastman Kodak Company and the United States of America.
2. Pursuant to the clauses of this contract entitled "PART II - ORDERS
FOR SUPPLIE5'and"CHANGES", the contract is amended as hereinafter set forth,
to add certain items of supplies to APPENDIX I (REVISION 3).
3. APPENDIX I (REVISION 3) to the Schedule of Contract No. HF-2410
is therefore amended to include CHANGES NO. 4 attached hereto.
4. All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract No.
HF-2410, as amended, remain unchanged.
5. Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 14 to Contract
No. HF-2410 and your acceptance thereof by executing the original and
two copies of this amendment. Return the fully executed original and
one copy of this amendment to the undersigned and retain the remaining
copy for your files.
