1. Talked with Miss Dunbar in the office STAT
of Congressman John P. Saylor regarding a letter from the Congressman
at his district office concerning the application of
I advised Miss Dunbar that while had been under consideration
for employment there were other applicants better suited for the position
for which he was being considered. I advised her that there were no adverse
security factors involved. Miss Dunbar thanked me for this information and
said she would relay it to the district office.
3. Talked with Boyd Crawford, House Foreig:STAT
Affairs Committee staff, who indicated that probably due to the death of
Norblad resulting in no real action by the House today, Dr. Morgan would
not be in nntil tomorrow morning.
