4. Due to the limitation of time this morning and the discussion
by the Chairman, Mr. Hardy, and Mr. Meader on the question of the need
for statistics, it does not appear that we will be able to conclude the Agency
appearances with tomorrow's session, but that it will be necessary to
continue next week.
