EXECUTIVE PAY SCALE
1. While an Executive Pay Scale has been approved and the indi-
viduals to be assigned.to it identified, at the moment no change can
be made in the dollar value of these individuals' annual salaries.
Under the current salary scale, the top income is frozen at 20,000
per annum.
2. However, if and. when a new pay bill is passed, the Executive
Pay Scale will be tied. to salary levels above the GS-18 income.
3. For example, the present Morrison Bi11, currently being con-
sidered. in the Congress, has six levels of executive pay. Our three
categories would tie in with the lower three levels mentioned. Thus,
Category 1 would pay
Category 2 would pay
Category 3 would pay
X29, 500 per annum
>28,000 per annum
