Clearances
1. For sometime the Special Security Center has been considering
the feasibility of consolidating closely related clearances in the 25X1A
25X1A - along functional and administrative lines.
2. The attached Staff Study has been prepared at my direction
to bring this matter into proper prospective.
3. I am in accord with the Recommendations made in the Staff
25X1A Study and would appreciate your comments. A copy has also been
forwarded to for his comments.
