1. Reference it made to memorandum TCS-2319-63/KH wherein
TALENT and TALENT KEYHOLE clearances were requested for all
members of the ice of Ei.JNT. By return copy of this memorandum,
this approval was granted.
2. Attached to this memorandum is a list of those personnel now
assigned to the ice of EL$NT who will need the necessary TALENT
and/or TALENT KEYHOLE briefings.
3. Please advise this office when these briefings may be conducted.
