The morning meeting was chaired by Mr. Kirkpatrick and attended
by: I Mr. Sheldon, Dr. Kent, Mr. Houston, Mr. Lloyd, Mr.
Earman, Mr. Bross, Colonel Giller, Mr. Helms, and General
Carter also attended part of the meeting.
There was a discussion of the new NRO agreement which arrived in
CIA late Friday. Mr. Kirkpatrick asked that the lawyers have a good look
at this one. has been told we will respond after Scoville's return in
about ten days.
Mr. Kirkpatrick asked when the two U-2s at Edwards will both be
available for stand-by Cuban operations. Colonel Giller to look into this and
report.
