DCI requested an exhaustive inquiry into the booster problem in connection
with CORONA launches. He then plans to advise the President, Secretary of
Defense, Secretary of State, and the Killian Board about the status of this program.
DCI requested a duplicate set of overflight graphics, lap size, for use in a
preview with Congressional committee members. He also requested to see the
testimony by General Breitweiser and Admiral Lowrance.
DD/I was instructed to be prepared along with DDR, Comor, and the JRC,
to mount low-level missions over Cuba on short notice.
DCI wants to see the estimative and technical papers on the SA-3 problem
and to distribute them to the committee and to F7 -1
