SEVERAL. MONTHS AGO OREP SENT ESPECIALLY TO WEIGH THIS
ARTICLE AND HE CONCURRED 1114 THIS CONFIGURATION. THE WEIGHT
AND BALANCE HAS AGAIN BEEN THOROUGHLY CHECKED. AND IS CORRECT,
HOWEVER , IT WILL BE BROUGHT TO 29 PERCENT MAC IN AN ATTEMPT TO
ALLEVIATE THE MAX NOSE UP TRIM. IN ADDIION POWER INSTRUMENTS
ARE BEING CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
STILL UNDER THE IMPRESSION
THAT POOR PERFORMANCE AND LOW FUEL CURVE DUE TO AERODYNAMIC
PROBLEM RATHER THAN POWER -- WILL ADVISE.
