MEMORANDUM FOR: Assistant Director, Current Intelligence
SUBJECT Preliminary Evaluation of Mission 0064E,
Flown on 29 February 1964
1. This mission, the fifth in the South Vietnam-Laos-
Cambodia border series, reported no significant items of
immediate intelligence value. It was flown primarily over
North Vietnam which, unfortunately, was heavily cloud cov-
ered. Some photography on targets in Laos was acquired,
however.
2. Five suspect infiltration areas, four military
areas, four airfields and various other targets, most of
which were photographed in previous missions of this
series, were covered again. No Viet Cong activity of
any sort was discernible.
