f the Area Ready Rework - two (2) copies of same are enclosed.

I have completed the scope definition of the contract

I hope it simplifies your analysis. We will start the added
scope definition on new problem investigation areas we have
worked on and are pursuing as of the fiscal year with estimates
for completion of the total EC-8250 Contract. However, I feel
that you are more interested in finalizing the outstanding
document. To my knowledge, we will be ready to discuss finali-
zation within the next few weeks.
25X1A visited Pioneer on May 1st.
5X1A agrees that we should have the contract up-dated. His
Accounting Department is now preparing cost data; his engineers
and estimators are generating information for cost to complete the
contract. We should have this problem resolved by June 1st and
all information available at this time so that we may firm our
cost to complete our parachute phase of the program.

As mentioned earlier this week in our telephone conversation,

service vans. The principle problem is the lead time for the
25X1A basic vans. Our vendor is not flexible enough to allow us to
meet delivery date (October) if we delay longer
than a week to ten (10) days in placing the order for the
basic vans.
