SUBJECT, Concurrence in Amendment No. 1 to Contract No..AF33(b00)-

1. This memorandum contains a recommendation submitted for
approval of the Special Assistant to the Director :for Planning and
Development. Such recommendation is set forth in paragraph 1,..
2. Contract No. AF33(600)-3?821 provides for the services of
necessary personnel to assist in installation, train government
personnel in the operation, service, and to make minor repairs to
equipments previously delivered to the pro~eet and FOG under
Contract No. SC 990. This Amendment No, 1 fixes the Contract Hourly
Rates for tshe period 1 July 1958 through 30 June 1959 as approved
by the Air Force Auditor. General and Administrative Expense was
reduced fro in accordance with the Auditor'es recommend-
ation,
3. No additional funds arc being obligated ?under the contract
at this time.
Contracting Officer is recommended.
