Please initiate contracts with the following companies, to accomplish phase I of the Project: a. Itek Corporation, Lexington, Massachusetts `t. Perkin-Elmer Corporation, Norwalk, Connecticut c. Hycon Manufacturing Company, Monrovia, California d. Lockheed Aircraft Corporation, }3urban1c, California e. General Dynamics, Fort Worth, Texas 2. Phase I is an eight week study program leading to a design Competition for the final aircraft-optical system configur- ation. During the study period, up to six specific optical systems will be designed, and detailed parametric analyses performed by the. contractors. Itek, Perkin-Elmer, and. Hycon will designs, for both the Lockheed U'2M and General Dynamics RB5 L+ aircrafts, with the optical and aircraft companies working cooperatively as associate contractors. 25X1A 25X1A 3..
