Copies 1 and 3 of Contract DV-516 have been executed, and are returned
herewith. All terms and conditions of this contract are acceptable to usj
however, a clarification of Item 1.3(a) of Exhibit "A" Is In order.
Our proposal with reference to this program (ASL/564) stated that We propose
to construct a 'flyable test model of the system described herein and to generate
manufacturing drawings simultaneously for production systems.' This statement'
is correct, but we would not expect to complete all final drawings required for
production during this period. Accordingly, we will be happy to deliver
production drawings per item 1.3(o), but it should be understood that these
drawings will not necessarily be complete.
Also included herewith are copies I and 3 of Amendment 2 to Contract ? V-515.
The dollar amounts In paragraph 4 have been adjusted and Initialed to reflect
the increase occasioned by Amendment I to this contract.
