WHEREAS, Part III of Contract No. FI-5777 provides for reduction of
the contract price in the event of non-approval by the Government of certain
changes specified in Part III and,

applicable and is to be deleted from the total contract price and,
WHEREAS, certain hanges have occurred which when added to the
