1. The Contractor has notified the Contracting Officer that it will
exceed the funds presently allotted to Contract FI-5777. Accordingly the
funds allotted to this contract are hereby increased by the sum of
2. As a result of the foregoing, Part XI, "LIMITATION OF GOVERNMENT'S
25X1A OBLIGATION", is hereby amended by deleting the figure E _J in line 1
25X1A thereof and substituting therefor the figureF -1
Part XI, "GOVERNMENT FACILITIES" of the contract is hereby amended by
the addition of the following sentence to the said Part XI:
"The Contractor is authorized to use, without cost, the Government
Facilities under Air Force Contract AF 33 (600)-21+973, as amended."
1. The last sentence of subparagraph 5.1.1 of the Statement of Work,
Exhibit A of the contract, is deleted in its entirety and the following
substituted therefor:
"Final acceptance to be by the Government at the F.O.B. point with the
Contractor to be responsible for any damage to the equipment incurred
from the time period of the preliminary acceptance at the Contractor's
plant until the time of final acceptance at the F.O.B. point unless the
Contractor shall establish that the damage was caused solely by forces,
agencies, or personnel other than Contractor's personnel."
2. The word "final" in the first, second and fifth sentences of sub-
paragraph 5.1.2 of the Statement of Work, Exhibit A to the Contract, is
deleted.

All other terms, conditions and requirements of Contract No. FI-5777,
as amended, remain unchanged. Please indicate your receipt and acceptance
of this Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. FI-5777 by executing the original
and three copies hereof. Return the fully executed original and two copies
to the undersigned and retain the remaining copy for your files.
