In accordance with your request of 26 September 1963, we
are pleased to submit an optional addition to Proposal
1220-2452.
The option provides for circuitry to be developed which
may be incorporated into the previously proposed hardware.
Such an addition will provide for more independence in
target programming and more sophistication in power pro-
gramming.
