I am enclosing a unilateral change to the Notice to Proceed STATINTL
increasing the allotted sum to and amending the effective
date to 10 August 1964. The Amendment to the a active date is
based upon an earlier discussion with STATINTL

which time I fully expect we can finalize all our contractual arrangements.

therefor.
