Received your note of 15 October 1964 with the cost breakdown for
ten men--days of engineering services and your report of expenditures
and commitments.
The expenditure and commitment report looks good and with two
additional items will be quite satisfactory. On your next report will
you include an estimate of total expenditures and commitments through
31 December 1964 plus estimated total expenditures and commitments to
complete the Job. This will keep us informed on estimated future
expenditures and commitments as well as current expenditures and commit-
ments. From this we can also determine whether we are moving toward
a potential overrun if that should occur.
Please let me know when you feel additional funding is necessary
on the contract. I have forwarded a copy of the engineering services
breakdown to Paul and as soon as he obtains money for this as well a I&TINTL
