WHEREAS, Contract BT-1943 was partially terminated for the convenience
of the Government on 25 October 1963 and,
WHEREAS, prior to partial termination the parties hereto had negotiated
to increase the contract price as a result of additional work required by
the Government and,
WHEREAS, all work under the contract has been completed.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to negotiations of the parties hereto on
12 January 1965, meeting in final settlement of Contract BT-1943, the
parties hereto have established the final CPIF price of Contract BT-1943

All other terms and conditions of this contract, as amended, remain
unchanged.
Please indicate your receipt of this Amendment No. 5 in final settlement
of Contract No. BT-1943 and your acceptance thereof by executing the original
and three copies hereof. Return the fully executed original and two signed
carbon copies of this Amendment to the undersigned. Retain the remaining
copy for your files.
