The White House has appointed Dr. Albert D. Wheelon as a
consultant in the Executive Office of the President.. In this
capacity, he will serve as a consultant on disarmament and
guided missile matters,\ Dr. George KistiokowsI who is the
President's Special Assistant for science and technology.
The same office is the focus for activities of the President's
Scientific Advisory Committee (PSAC).
