Subject: Transmitting Revisions of Proposed
national Security Council Intelligence
Directives
1. Herewith for your consideration are this Agencyts revisions
of the Proposed rational Security Council Int lliFence Directives
as prepared by the Ad Hoc Gommittee, which we plan to submit in the
near future to the National Security Council. These proposed
directives have been typed to show the changes which have been
made in the Ad Hoc Uommttee proposals: deletions have been crossed-
out and additi6ns underlined.
2. You are requested to attend a meeting in Room 711.7, North
Int-rior Building on Monday,.8 December 1947 at 3:00 P.M. for
final consideration of these proposed directives. It is requested
that you bring with you at that time any non-concurrence statements,
so that they may be submitted to the ational Security Council with
the subject proposals.
