The following is a list of the more important actions taken b,,r the
Interdepartmental Coordinating and Planning Staff since its report dated
)a. December 1946:
1. Coordination of Collection. Committee convened by 11th meeting
of the IAB completed consideration of 18/2 and revised paper has
been submitted.
2. NIR - Scientific - Russia. Reworked draft received, being processed
in ICAPS.
3. Exploitation of Psychological Warfare Documents (CIG 21). Meeting
on December agreed to survey the quantity of docunen s involved
both in-Washington and overseas and when results were available
-to reconvene.
NIR - China (CI G 19). Still awaits clearance by IAB members.
5. Liaison with Agencies. Draft memos to IAB members being reworked
in accordance with comments of Executive Director.
6. Coordination of Intelligence Production. Initiated drafting of
.C G paper to outline a method for the allocation of intelligence
responsibilities. -
