The following is a list of the more important actions taken by the
Interdepartmental Coordinating' and Planning Staff since its report dated
15 October 191i.6:
1. Preparation of the final report for the IAB sub-committee on the
ONI proposal for the centralization of static intelligence (a
document agreeable to all agencies has been most difficult to
prepare).

The details of SWCC-CIG relationship have been worked out and CIG
and SWNCC papers to this effect are ready for issuance.
5. Plans for the centralization of the Washington Document Center in
CIG has advanced somewhat..
6. Peace-time plans for Psychological Warfare are being studied with
SWNCC.
7. Held interagency meeting to develop scientific intelligence
requirements for Russia.
8.
Prepared plan to meet ONI requirement for clearance of intelligence
estimates.
9. Completed a directive for Commercial C
