I. Projects carried over from previous week:
1. CIG 22 - FIE. Awaiting comments from Navy and Interior.
2. CIG 23 - Production. Awaiting proposals due noon 3 February,
1947 on two paragraphs. General agreement on balance of paper reached
by committee 30 January 1947.
3. SWNCC 304/1 - Psychological Warfare. Awaiting advice on type
of action requested by S CC.
4. National Scientific Intelligence Requirements,(USSR). In hands
of Assistant Executive Director awaiting conversation with
on Tuesday 4 February 19147.
5. Liaison with other than IAB government agencies. Two replies
received to MI =tter of 23 January 1947. Names forwarded to Security
Branch, OCD. Draft of Operations Memorandum No. 14 distributed for com-
ment. ICAPS procedural memorandum signed and distributed.
