further advice from SWNCC Secretary.

Draft is being forwarded to IAB members requesting
notification as to when it can be discussed in conference.
3. CIG-22.-Forei, Industrial Establishments have not been re-
ceived from Departments o Interior, Commerce or Navy. Draft has been
prepared considering comments of Air, War and State.
4. CIG-23.-Production of Intelligence. Awaiting advice from IAB
members on date paper can be discussed in comrdttee.
5. Formal liaison with government agencies other than IA.T3 agen-
cies. Project inherite rom Draft letter has con-
currence of 00, OCD and ORE. Final letters being typed to Depart-
ment Secretary of Commerce, Interior, Agriculture, Labor and Treasury
to be followed by similar letters to 8 or 10 executive agencies other
than departments,
