NhIA, as NIA 7. Comments of GIG offices are now being solicited.
2541 IR - Scientific - Russia. A new draft has been received from
ORE' . intra-IC_APS comments in preparation.
3. Indoctrination of Foreign Service Personnel. Draft CT G
Administrative Order implementing plan has concurrence of ORE and
OCD. Now awaiting reply of Navy before submission to Director for
approval.
