charter for permanent SWNCC subcommittee for PW. Membership to
consist of 2 State, 2 CIG, I Navy, 1 War. CIG only stated in-
terest will be intelligence service to committee.
2. "National Policy Intelligence". Collected and formulated
suggested definitions.
3. Personnel. Investigated possibilities of assignment cf
certain AAF individuals.

improved distribution.
5. Wasted the usual amount of time in discussions, conferences,
