I. Washin on Document Center. Letter to Secretary of Navy
requesting personnel allocations was retzi.rned to ICAPS when un-
official word received that War would allocate no personnel.
Subsequently memos received from G-2 indicate "loophole", and
letter-'to Secretary of Navy has therefore been rewritten, and will
be submitted.
2. Centralization of SVINCC r s Seouri Advisory Board.
No progress reported.
3. Committee Report on ONI Po osal for Centralization of Static
Intel li enoe. o lowing visits to Committee members G-2 representative
absent) original report was rewritten to include explanation for
disagreements. State & A-2's statements included verbatim. ONI
member approved redraft., Noted at end of report that G-2 member
unable to act on revised parts, Letter -sent out last Friday.
