SUBJECT: JIG and JIS Revised Charters
1. Attached are the JCS drafts of new charters for JIG and the JIS.
2. Also attached are my preliminary proposals for revision.
3. The most careful consideration should be given to the drafts in view
of the importance of the subject. An ICAPS meeting at 10:30 on 1 July will be
held to develop a final text of CIG proposals.
