2. In those cases where an armed farces agency expresses
willingness, reassign present ICAPS armed forces representatives
within CIA.
3. Retain presently assigned Standing Committee members for
purposes of liaison with ICAPS and infra-departmental coordination
of CIA projects above the level of normal operating procedure.
