and activated by the transfer of the intelligenae facility of the former
Waihattan Bngineer District. A Basic Intelligence Staff has been estab-
lished to coordinate the production of, and arrange for the editing, re-
view and of, intelligence produced by all agencies operating
under the Basic Intelligence Production Frogrmn.
