1. There will be a meeting of the Estirnates Production Board
on Vjednesday, 11. January 1950, at 1430 hours in Room 251.9, 111914 2. The Board will consider the report of the Committee appointed
at the last meeting to study the mthods of coordination of the D/RE
Production Plan, a copy of which report is autached.
3E. The Board will also be asked to consider the appointment and
terms of reference of. an' W h committee on an ORE production pla- r;.
The tentative terms of reference are as follows s
The Committee will study d make recommendations to
the EPB on an ORE plan for the production of intelli-
gence needed to supporU the policy sing bodies of the
Government. This plan should be broad in scope and
should take into consider tion the production oapabi1i-
ties of all the US inte3..1igen6e agencies. Such a plan
will be coordinated with the IAC agencies in fulfil ent
of the CIA directive for coordination of intelligence
planning o
