Public Law 213 (Battle Act), for the guidance of the US dele-
gates to the Consultative (coup and COCOM, was submitted and

Advisory Committee, 8 January. The second draft of the analysis
sheet for exceptions to the Battle Act was further revised.
Representatives of State, Defense, Mutual Security Agency, and
Commerce will attend the forthcoming meeting of the Consultative
