OCR and ultimately succeeded in transferring into thews- positions
which afforded the, the type of employment they bad been interested

background and experience who had been bared directly into the
professional positions at the grade level of 06-6. All of the y,ung
ladies with complaints stated that OUR had undertaken to ;emote
them with reasonable rapidity from Orn.e4 to OS-5 to 03-6. Rovever,
because of time-pin-wade reqpirements they still remained aleoet
a year behina their fellov workers Who had been reerulted at tbe
same time into professional potations but who hod, in the meantime
received additional pxomotions from their starting geode of GO-G.

instructed to aceept applications for professional positions along
with those for priority secretarial end clerical jobs and forward
them to Barters.
