SUBJECT Flu Immunization Program
Flu immunization shots will be given to Agency employees
during the week of 12 October. The time(s) and location(s)
for your people are listed below. Please schedule them evenly
over the time interval alloted you. Each individual receiving
an injection must complete one of the attached slips beforehand
and take it and 500 with him to the appointed place. (For
your information, the Agency will give the second immunization
shot to those who want it in early December.)
