I. The proposed revision of R 60-1.10 (Enclosure A) has been
submitted by the 1)D/S to the DI?/I for concurrence and comments by
8 June 1959. Attached as nclosure B, for background reference, is
a coda-i of as letter from th-.:- Interdepartmental Committee on Int.ern&l
Security, dated 15 April 1959, to the DCI.
2 The attached proposed revision of R 60-110 will replace pro-
posed R 50-110 which has now been. canceled.
;. In order to establish a basis for DD/I concurrence, kindly
ubmit your comments to this office by 3 June 1959. Should comments
indicate reasons for nonconcurrence,. a meeting of 11D/I offices
representatives will. be called to submit to the DD/I the specific
-points involved which require resolution with the DDS' prior to DD/I
concurrence.
